Why Astrology?

Astrology is the study of the planets' effect on an individual. Each person is born and the particular placements of the planets, the rising sign and other important angles are recorded and begin to paint a picture. This picture should be viewed as a whole picture in which not just the Sun and Moon are used to describe a person but all the planetary energies as a whole. The planets aspects, their placements, chart patterns, etc. compose a geometric blueprint.

I prefer Western Astrology, I also study Mayan Astrology but am more knowledgeable about Western astrology. I use the Placidus house system and offer readings that include the natal birth chart, including Sabian Symbols that further enhance the insight about a particular energy frequency. I like to offer people a different perspective on how they may express the planetary energies, finding deeper meaning and understanding. That is not to say in my readings I'm your cheerleader, only pumping you up. We all have inferior qualities or challenging aspects. I like to teach how to best maneuver with the energy. My focus is on empowering individuals. Whether that is thru an astrology reading, reiki, hypnotherapy, nutritional advice or the use of crystals (I have lots more useful info in my brain!), my ultimate goal is to teach you, to empower you. Maybe you will go out and share with others. I offer the experience of learning about your geometric blueprint as it is written in the stars.

Once you find the astrology that suits you, that resonates with your soul, that answers those lingering questions or fills in the gaps you tend to stick with it. However; it does lead you to other areas of study; different types of astrology, numerology, tarot, tons of other esoteric topics...all interesting and wonderful tools that allow one to understand the self deeply.
